本文报告了应用比较对流免疫电泳技术对日本血吸虫和姜片虫的交叉反应抗原进行初步分析。日本血吸虫成虫,虫卵和姜片虫成虫生理盐水粗提物,在对兔抗血吸虫成虫血清或兔抗姜片虫成虫血清所作的比较对流免疫电泳分析的结果证明血吸虫和姜片虫有交叉反应抗原存在;同源抗原及抗体的反应较异源抗原及抗体反应为强,本文最后讨论了在血吸虫病血清学诊断的研究中,应用纯化抗原的必要性和重要性。
This article reports the comparative analysis of the cross-reacting antigen of Schistosoma japonicum and Zooxanthellae using comparative convection immuno-electrophoresis. Schistosoma japonicum adult worm eggs and ginger crude adult worm salmon crude extract of rabbit anti-schistosomiasis serum or rabbit anti-Zoophthora larvae serum comparison made by the results of convective immuno-electrophoresis showed that schistosoma and ginger worm cross-reaction Antigens exist; homologous antigen and antibody response than heterologous antigen and antibody reaction is strong, the final discussion of the serological diagnosis of schistosomiasis research, the necessity and importance of the application of purified antigen.
