以法治方式凝聚各方力量、消弭各种分歧、达成各项共识、共同致力于“中国梦”的实现,是一种非常理性、智慧和成熟的治国方略。党的十八届四中全会审议通过了《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,明确提出坚持走中国特色社会主义法治道路,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家。这在中国法治建设史上具有里程碑意义。
