越南少数民族双语教育在政府高度关注、群众积极参与的背景下稳步发展。进入21世纪,少数民族双语教育呈现出践行语言多元化战略、重视双语教育地位、多种双语教育模式并存、课程设置合理化、全方位培养双语师资、营造良好双语环境的特点。越南少数民族双语教育在办学规模和办学质量取得显著成效之余,仍存在师资队伍建设、教材编撰开发、试点教学推广方面的问题亟待解决。
Bilingual education for Vietnamese minorities has been steadily developing with the government paying close attention and the masses participating actively. In the 21st century, minority nationalities bilingual education has practiced the strategy of diversifying languages, attaching importance to bilingual education, coexisting many kinds of bilingual education modes, rationalizing curriculum, cultivating bilingual teachers in all aspects and creating a good bilingual environment. Vietnamese minority bilingual education has achieved remarkable results in its scale and quality of running schools. There are still problems that need to be solved urgently in building teaching staff, compiling and developing teaching materials and piloting teaching and promotion.
