研究了辉钼精矿在Na2 CO3 Na2 MoO4 Na2 SO4 体系的熔盐氧化过程 ,探索了不同工艺参数对钼的转化率和脱硫率的影响 .结果表明 ,在熔盐组成为 1∶1,配料比为 1∶10 ,740℃ ,鼓风速度为 5 .95L/min ,鼓风时间为 10min的条件下 ,钼的转化率和脱硫率均可达 99%以上 .熔炼产物经水浸后 ,钼精矿中的钼和硫分别以Na2 MoO4 和Na2 SO4 形态进入溶液 ,以SO2 形态进入熔炼尾气中的硫不超过总硫量的 0 .8% .
The effect of different process parameters on molybdenum conversion and desulfurization rate was investigated in the molten salt oxidation process of molybdenite concentrate in Na2 CO3 Na2 MoO4 Na2 SO4 system. The results show that when the composition of molten salt is 1: 1, The molybdenum conversion rate and desulfurization rate can reach more than 99% under the conditions of 1:10, 740 ℃, blowing speed of 5.95L / min and blowing time of 10min, the molybdenum content Molybdenum and sulfur in the ore enter the solution in the form of Na2 MoO4 and Na2 SO4, respectively, and the sulfur content in the smelt tail gas in the form of SO2 does not exceed 0.8% of the total sulfur content.
