本文基于周期物体的自成象效应,研制了二元位相光栅型平行传输阵列光斑器件。16×16,32×32等二维二元π/2及2π/3位相光栅阵列器件,在500mm 的传输距离内,边长为0.3及0.4mm 的方形单元光斑,其光束扩展率<1%。为光数字处理及光计算等系统研制了一种有实用价值的阵列器件。本文由衍射理论及数值分析对该器件的设计原理、技术特点等进行了理论分析,并给出了实验结果。
In this paper, based on the self-image effect of periodic objects, a binary phase grating type parallel transmission array spot device is developed. 16 × 16, 32 × 32 and other two-dimensional binary π / 2 and 2π / 3 phase grating device, within the 500mm transmission distance, the side length of 0.3 and 0.4mm square unit spot, the beam expansion rate <1% . For the optical digital processing and optical computing systems developed a practical array devices. In this paper, the theory of the design and the technical characteristics of the device are analyzed theoretically by diffraction theory and numerical analysis, and the experimental results are given.
