本文报告了氨苄青霉素栓剂,经家兔直肠给药后,以荧光法测定了不同间隔时间的血药浓度。实验以肌肉注射剂为对照。结果表明:氨苄青霉素栓剂直肠吸收良好,其动力学参数及其生物有效性近似于肌肉注射剂。
In this paper, ampicillin suppository was reported. After rectal administration in rabbits, the blood concentration of different time intervals was measured by fluorescence method. Experiment with intramuscular injection as a control. The results showed that: ampicillin suppository rectal absorption well, its kinetic parameters and bioavailability similar to intramuscular injection.
