曲轴依靠曲柄将气缸内活塞的上下运动转变成旋转运动,并输出动力。曲轴曲柄的行程大小决定了发动机的压缩比的大小。行程大,压缩比就大,发动机的爆发压力就大;反之行程小,压缩比就小,发动机的爆发压力就小。因此曲轴曲柄的行程大小是一个很重要的参数。一般行程比规定值大1毫米以上时,活塞在上止点就要顶缸盖,而不能装配使用。 一般发动机曲轴的回转半径的公差为±0.15毫米
