Since the establishment of a harmonious enterprise of labor relations, a large number of enterprises with harmonious labor relations have emerged around the country. There have also been such incidents as the continuous jumping-off of Shenzhen Foxconn and the extreme conflicts of labor and capital such as collective suspension and wage increase. These incidents reflect the unfavorable trends and deep problems existing in labor relations, indicating that the existing links affecting the stability of labor relations do not meet the requirements of the current status of labor relations.
