为正确贯彻执行《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于完善人民陪审 员制度的决定》(以下简称《决定》)的相关规定,保证人民陪审员选任、培 训、考核工作的顺利进行,特制定本意见。 第一条 根据《决定》第八条、第十五条、第十六条、第十七条的规 定,人民陪审员的选任、培训和考核工作,由基层人民法院会同同级人民 政府司法行政机关进行。
For the purpose of correctly implementing the relevant provisions of the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Perfecting the System of People's Jurors (the “Decision”), we ensure the election, training and assessment of the people's jurors proceed smoothly and formulate this Opinion. Article 1 According to the provisions of Article 8, Article 15, Article 16 and Article 17 of the Decision, the election, training and examination of the people's assessors shall be conducted by the people's court at the grassroots level, together with the judicial administration of the people's government at the same level Organizations.
