In October 2014, the “Decision on Deepening the Reform of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone” (hereinafter referred to as “the Decision”) and the Plan for the Integration of Household Registration and Urbanization of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone were promulgated by our district on deepening the reform and speeding up the development of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Opinions of the People’s Republic of China on the Work Plan of Border and Customs Clearance at the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi and the Plan on the Reform of the Management System in Bonded Port Area of Qinzhou in Guangxi Province to Deepen the Reform in the Beibu Gulf and Remove the Barriers to the System and Mechanisms and to Innovate the Mode of Regional Integration and Release North Bay development potential. Deepening the reform of the Beibu Gulf series will help break the barriers between the cities and push the resources in the economic zone
