经济体制改革的不断深入,人民生活水平的不断提高,迫使我们时时在思索一个问题:怎样改变稂食部门单一经营米、面、油的局面,怎样把粮站从管理型转向经营型?几年来,我们南京市和平路粮站在这方面进行摸索,取得了较好的效果。1981年我站在全市粮食业中首先进行了单独经营简易核算,打破了大锅饭。1982年在同行业中首创利润过万元,1984年又创利润2万元,历次得到南京市粮食局奖励。1984年,市局和市政府,分别命名我站为“文明粮站”和“文明单位”。今年,上级下达我站利润指标2.5
