文中用有限元法计算了非圆断面内腔冷挤压组合凹模中的预紧应力,挤压应力,组合应力,并和按组合厚壁圆筒理论计算的结果作了比较。指出按组合厚壁圆筒理论设计非圆断面内腔冷挤压组合凹模是不够合理的,它是导致模具破坏的重要原因。文中还建议了计算预紧应力的一种有限元数学模型及优化组合凹模结构及过盈量的方法。
In this paper, the prestressing stress, compressive stress and combined stress in the cold extrusion die cavity with non-circular section were calculated by finite element method and compared with the theoretical results of the combined thick-walled cylinder. It is not reasonable enough to design the cold die extrusion die cavity with non-circular cross-section according to the theory of combined thick-walled cylinder. It is the important reason that causes the die destruction. In the paper, a finite element mathematical model for calculating prestressing stress and a method for optimizing the combination of die structure and interference are also proposed.
