本文主要研究组织内部的组织惯性现象,从惯性产生的根源为分析依据,将惯性分为三个维度即管理惯性、结构惯性和制度惯性。同时分析组织惯性大小的影响,主要包括组织年龄、组织规模、组织文化和外部环境的稳定性。以此探讨组织在其发展过程中,其不同维度的组织惯性变化及影响其变化的因素。
This paper mainly studies the organizational inertia within the organization. Based on the analysis of the origin of the inertia, the inertia is divided into three dimensions: management inertia, structural inertia and system inertia. At the same time, the influence of the inertia size of the organization is analyzed, including the age of the organization, the size of the organization, the organizational culture and the stability of the external environment. In order to explore the organization in its development process, its different dimensions of organizational inertia change and the factors that affect its change.
