目的总结本院静脉用药调配中心临时医嘱审核和集中调配运行方式,为更好的优化工作流程,满足临床安全用药需求提供借鉴。方法采用回顾性研究的方法从临时医嘱的接收、审核、分配输液批次、核对、配置、交接等各环节分析临时医嘱运行过程及影响因素。结果从2014年8月开始实施临时医嘱集中混合调配工作,目前已覆盖全院所有96个科室及病区的所有临时医嘱的调配,日均调配量达到2300组左右,为每个科室及病区节约了护理人员3~4人,基本保证医嘱接收后120 min左右配送至临床。结论目前PIVAS临时医嘱的运行方式能有效的服务临床,确保了临床用药的有效性、安全性,但医嘱审核及配送时间方面还需进一步改进和完善。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the temporary medical order review and centralized operation mode of our hospital’s intravenous drug deployment center to provide reference for better optimization of workflow and meeting the demand for clinical safety medication. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to analyze the operation process and influencing factors of interim order from the aspects of receiving, auditing, assigning lot, checking, configuring and handing over of interim order. Results From August 2014, the Provisional Order of Intensive Care and Dispatch was deployed. At present, it has covered the deployment of all temporary orders in all 96 departments and wards of the hospital. The daily average dosage is about 2,300 and the daily average dosage is about 2,300 sets for each department and ward Nursing staff save 3 to 4 people, the basic guarantee of medical advice about 120 min after delivery to the clinical distribution. Conclusions The current operation mode of PIVAS interim order can effectively serve the clinic and ensure the effectiveness and safety of clinical medication. However, the examination and delivery time of the order need to be further improved and perfected.
