本文综合分析了春小麦品种抗旱性鉴定方法和选择指标方面的多年试验研究,结果表明:在鉴定技术方面,以土壤含水量15~20%的胁迫条件下进行发芽试验与细胞透性电导仪测定法所得结果基本一致,可作为品种抗旱性鉴定筛选技术,但前者更为简捷。在选择指标方面,比较明显而可靠的是次生根数多、根量和根冠比大的品种抗旱性强,而且单株有效穗数多,产量亦高。叶片上表皮气孔数目多、气孔小的品种抗旱性也较强,但要获得准确可靠的结论,应结合形态和生理的指标综合分析。
In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of spring wheat varieties drought resistance identification methods and selection indicators for many years of experimental study showed that: in the identification of technology, the soil moisture 15 ~ 20% under stress conditions germination tests and cell permeability conductivity meter method The results are basically the same, can be used as a variety of drought resistance identification screening technology, but the former is more simple. In the selection of indicators, more obvious and reliable is the secondary root number, root and shoot ratio of varieties with strong drought resistance, and the number of effective panicles per plant, the yield is also high. There are many stomatal numbers in the upper epidermis and more drought resistance in the small stomata. However, to get accurate and reliable conclusions, the morphological and physiological indexes should be combined with the comprehensive analysis.
