首次详细论述了自热法生产TiB_2材料最新研究成果,以及独特的TiB_2涂层涂散工艺,报道了TiB_2涂层在30kA和工艺铝电解槽上应用试验结果,并简要分析其节能机理,对应用TiB_2涂层技术面带来的经济效益和社会效益进行初步预测。
For the first time, the latest research results of TiB_2 material produced by autothermal method and the unique coating technology of TiB_2 coating were discussed in detail. The application results of TiB_2 coating on 30kA and process aluminum electrolysis cell were reported. The energy saving mechanism was briefly analyzed. TiB_2 coating technology to bring the economic and social benefits of a preliminary prediction.
