使用严格的经济学的方法,并借鉴了心理学和认知科学的最新成果,证明了产品和企业生命周期不是演化生物学意义上的一种自然现象,而是由于竞争导致的,是企业家的意向性活动即企业家信念的结果。竞争力的形成和演化形成竞争力周期,并导致产品和企业生命周期。企业家在竞争力的形成和演化过程中起着决定性作用。本文重新界定了能力、竞争力和竞争优势三个概念及其相互关系,论述了竞争力周期的发展阶段、表现形式和形成机理。在此基础之上初步构建了一个基于知识—能力—竞争力的企业战略管理分析框架,在某种意义上也是对战略管理理论进行了一次尝试性的整合。
Using rigorous economics and drawing on the latest achievements in psychology and cognitive science, it turns out that the product and enterprise life cycles are not a natural phenomenon in the evolutionary biology but are caused by competition and are entrepreneurs The intention of the activity that is the result of entrepreneurial beliefs. The formation and evolution of competitiveness form a competitive cycle and lead to product and enterprise life cycles. Entrepreneurs play a decisive role in the formation and evolution of competitiveness. This paper redefines the three concepts of competence, competitiveness and competitive advantage and their interrelations, and expounds the development stages, manifestations and formation mechanisms of the competitiveness cycle. Based on this, a strategic management analysis framework based on knowledge-competence-competitiveness is preliminarily constructed, which is also a tentative integration of strategic management theory in a certain sense.
