在当下护患关系紧张的语境下,护理人文教育的重要性日益被人们关注。现阶段我国高职卫生院校却普遍存在护理人文教育的缺失,在护理人文师资力量薄弱的现状短时间很难改善的条件下,笔者认为高职护理院校可以从语文教学中寻求突破。因为护理人文与高职护理语文有着多处交集,在语文教学中,教师可灵活使用多种教学方法,模拟学生未来会面临的各种职业情境,有效开展各种教学活动,培养学生的口语表达能力、心理承受能力、分析能力、预见能力等,切实提高学生的人文修养。
In the current context of tension between nurses and patients, the importance of nursing humanistic education has drawn increasing attention. At the present stage, there is a lack of nursing humanities education in higher vocational colleges in our country. Under the condition that it is difficult to improve the situation of nursing humanities teachers’ short-term strength, the author thinks that higher vocational nursing schools can seek breakthrough from Chinese teaching. Because of the intersection of Nursing Humanities and Vocational Nursing Language at various places, in Chinese teaching, teachers can flexibly use a variety of teaching methods to simulate various occupational situations that students will face in the future, effectively carry out various teaching activities and develop students’ oral expressions Ability, psychological endurance, analytical skills, ability to predict, etc., and effectively improve the students’ cultural accomplishment.
