2015年9月3日,国务院办公厅印发了《全国地方志事业发展规划纲要(2015-2020年)》(以下简称规划纲要)。为做好《规划纲要》学习贯彻工作,9月29日,陕西省地方志办公室召开学习贯彻《规划纲要》座谈会。省志办主任王锦春,副主任史天社、吴玉莲,各市、杨凌示范区志办主要负责人,部分县(市、区)志办主任,省志办处级以上干部共40余人参加座谈会。会议由史天社主持。会上,王锦春传达中指组动员部署会议精神,并对《规划纲要》进行
