图1所示的锻件,正确的分模面位置一般在回转圆柱面上。由于回转体部分形状较简单,因此锻件放在下模膛成型。但是锻造时锻件难免跳模位移,至使操作者无法进行准确定位,锻件枝芽在重复锤击时往往被上模压塌,使整个产品报废。所以在工装设计时,枝芽型回转体锻件就存在着下模膛的定位问题。如何寻求一种既满足于锻件生产的定位要求,又便于下一工序加工的定位方法呢?我们在实践经验的总结中,
