为了保证在单次功率测量时由热电变换器引起的交、直流转换误差小于20ppm,对热电变换器提出一系列的特殊要求。本文提出一些能满足这些要求的结构和线路措施。当这些措施都被采用后,在进行单次交流功率测量时,可使由热电变换器引起的交、直流转换误差的极限值(≈2.5σ)小于10ppm。
In order to ensure that the AC-DC conversion error caused by the thermoelectric converter during the single-power measurement is less than 20ppm, a series of special requirements are proposed for the thermoelectric converter. This article presents some structural and circuit measures that meet these requirements. When these measures are taken, the limits of AC-DC conversion error (≈2.5σ) caused by the thermoelectric converter can be less than 10ppm when performing single AC power measurement.
