本文探讨了离子渗碳活性碳原子的形成机理及向工件输送的过程,在此基础上导出了供碳速度与电流密度、温度、气体成分和流量等工艺参数间的定量计算关系式。用称重法研究了在试样表面未达到饱和含碳量时,各种工艺参数对试样渗碳后增重的影响规律,很好地验证了上述关系式。该式为合理选择工艺参数和建立渗碳完整的数学模型提供了依据。
In this paper, the formation mechanism of ion carburizing active carbon atoms and the process of transferring to the workpiece are discussed. Based on these, the quantitative relationship between carbon rate and current density, temperature, gas composition and flow rate is derived. The influence law of various process parameters on the weight gain after carburizing was investigated by the gravimetric method when the surface of the sample did not reach the saturated carbon content, which verified the relationship well. This formula provides the basis for the reasonable selection of process parameters and establishment of a complete carburizing mathematical model.
