1992年曾在西安召开了第5届真空热处理年会,现就大会宣读和交流的论文和资料从设备、工艺两方面予以介绍.我国引进的国外真空热处理设备约有50台,其中有70年代出现的适用于油、气淬的负压真空炉,如日本Hayes公司的VCQ、VSQ型炉;有70年代末出现的充气到1.5×10~5Pa的加压气淬炉,如日本Shimadzu公司的VHG气淬真空炉;有80年代出现的能充气至5×10~5Pa的高压气淬炉,如德国Degussa公司的VKUQgr型高压真空气淬炉,波兰ELterma公司的VDN-513R高压气淬炉,还有80年代中期才出现的高流率加压气淬真空炉,如美国Abar Ipsen公司的HR20×24型加压气淬炉.这些炉型在生产中应用较好,取得了较大的经济效益.从这些不同时期引进的炉子可以看出国际上作为真空热处理的关键技术即冷却技术的进步,即从负压-加压-高压,到高流
