脑缺血后最初数小时脑水肿主要表现为细胞毒性水肿,血脑屏障(BBB)保持完整。脑Na~+含量的增加仅见于不完全性脑缺血而不出现于全脑缺血时,故Na~+一定来源于血液。因此一些研究者曾提出在不完全性脑缺血时Na~+从血液移入脑组织内的比率增加是由于浓度梯度的扩散或BBB特异性Na~+转运系统刺激的结果。至今,尚缺乏直接测定缺血脑组织摄Na~+率的方法。作者在这一研究中测定了单侧脑缺血模型BBB对Na~+和蔗糖的通透性,并初步对上述理论进行了验证。作者用沙土鼠作实验,结扎左侧颈总动脉30分
The first few hours after cerebral ischemia brain edema mainly for cytotoxic edema, the blood-brain barrier (BBB) remains intact. Increased brain Na ~ + content is only seen in incomplete cerebral ischemia and does not appear in the global cerebral ischemia, so Na ~ + must come from the blood. Some researchers have therefore suggested that the increased rate of Na ~ + migration from the blood into the brain during incomplete cerebral ischemia is due to diffusion of the concentration gradient or stimulation of the BBB-specific Na ~ + transport system. So far, there is no direct method to determine the rate of Na ~ + in ischemic brain tissue. In this study, we measured the permeability of BBB to Na ~ + and sucrose in a rat model of unilateral cerebral ischemia and validated the above theory. The authors used gerbils for experiments and ligated the left common carotid artery for 30 min
