目的 探讨甲状腺乳头状癌中BRAFV600E基因与甲状腺乳头状癌声像图特征的关系.方法 采用ARMS法检测91例共117个病灶的甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)患者手术切除的甲状腺及其癌旁组织BRAFV600E基因突变情况,分为BRAFV600E基因突变组与野生组,比较两组超声声像图特征.结果 88个(75.2%) PTC癌组织标本发生BRAFV600E基因突变,29个(24.8%)未发生突变.PTC BRAFV600E基因突变组与野生组两组甲状腺声像图结节的边缘和颈部异常淋巴结差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 PTC中BRAFV600E基因突变率较高;BRAFVV600E基因突变与PTC超声声像图特征有相关,其中结节边缘不光整和有颈部异常淋巴结特征的组织中BRAFV600E基因突变发生率高.“,”Objective To evaluate the relationship between BRAFV600E and Sonographic features in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods PTC was detected by ARMS in 91 cases of 117 nodules in tissue samples and the neighboring tissues,and the patients were divided into BRAF-positive group and BRAF-negative.The sonographic features were compared between two groups.Results The BRAF-positive was detected in 75.2% of patients (88 of 117).The sonographic findings showed that patients with BRAF-positive had significant difference with those with BRAF-negative in the margin and abnormal lymph nodes (P < 0.05).Conclusions The high mutation rate of BRAFV600E in PTC.The mutation of BRAFV600E is related to the sonographic findings of PTC,which with irregular margin and abnormal lymph node characteristics of high mutation rate.
