本文研究了颗粒表面湿润性对新相团簇的生长模式、形核率以及颗粒上团簇生长速率的影响。结果表明,杂质颗粒湿润性对新相团簇的生长模式有着明显的影响。当颗粒湿润性较弱时,团簇间的聚并和Ostwald熟化过程控制着团簇生长;当颗粒湿润性较强时,团簇的生长模式则更接近经典形核理论的假设。随着团簇湿润性的增加,颗粒上团簇的生长速率逐渐增加,但最大团簇的平衡尺寸与颗粒湿润性的关系不大。
In this paper, the effect of particle surface wettability on the growth mode, nucleation rate and cluster growth rate of new phase clusters was investigated. The results show that the wettability of impurity particles has a significant effect on the growth mode of new phase clusters. When the particle wettability is weak, the intergranular aggregation and Ostwald ripening process control the growth of the clusters. When the particle wettability is strong, the growth mode of the clusters is closer to the hypothesis of classical nucleation theory. With the increase of the wettability of the clusters, the growth rate of the clusters on the particles gradually increases, but the equilibrium size of the largest cluster has little to do with the wettability of the particles.
