1936年,南京金陵大学魏学仁博士拍摄了中国第一部彩色科教电影《日蚀食》,可以称为中国天文类科教片的始祖。为了这次拍摄,南京金陵大学做了充分准备。首先,此次拍摄得到了国民政府原教育总长蔡元培的支持,魏学仁的拍摄身份为中国教育部日食研究委派观察员。其次,为了拍好这部电影,魏学仁使用了1935年刚刚发明的柯达依斯曼彩色胶片。剧组更远赴东瀛,于1936年6月19日在日本北海道北见国枝幸郡海滨记录了日全食的全过程。这份珍贵的电影
In 1936, Dr. Wei Xueren from Nanjing Jinling University filmed the first eclipse of science and technology in China, which can be called the first ancestor of China’s astronomy science and education film. For this filming, Nanjing Jinling University made full preparations. First of all, the filming was supported by Cai Yuanpei, former chief of education of the Kuomintang government. Wei Xueren’s filming status was appointing an observer to the solar eclipse research group under the Ministry of Education of China. Second, in order to make a good movie, Wei uses the Kodak Isman color film just invented in 1935.
