目的:探讨中药周期疗法与来曲唑在肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者中的联合应用价值。方法:将92例肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症患者随机按数字表分为治疗组和对照组各46例,对照组患者采用来曲唑的临床药物治疗,治疗组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药周期疗法的联合治疗方案,并分别对两组患者的临床治疗情况及血清睾酮(T),雌二醇(E2),黄体生成素(LH),卵泡刺激素(FSH)的含量进行比较和分析。结果:与对照组相比,研究组的痊愈率50.00%(23/46),总有效率91.30%(42/46)均显著提升;研究组治疗后的主卵泡直径(19.89±3.25)mm,子宫内膜厚度(9.72±1.86)mm均明显增加;研究组的排卵率76.09%,妊娠率45.65%,活胎率90.48%均明显提高,而流产率9.52%则明显降低;研究组治疗后的E2(240.26±58.72)pmol·L-1,FSH(16.23±4.25)U·L-1水平均明显提高,而T(1.69±0.30)nmol·L-1,LH(24.35±6.18)U·L-1,LH/FSH(1.51±0.73)水平则明显降低;研究组治疗后的中医证候积分(5.36±1.20)分明显将低;研究组中医证候疗效达到临床痊愈标准的比率54.35%(25/46)明显提高,总有效率95.65%(44/46)显著改善,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药周期疗法联合来曲唑对于肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症相关临床症状的改善以及临床治疗效果的提升均具有积极的促进作用,可作为肾虚血瘀型排卵障碍性不孕症临床治疗的理想方案予以推广。
Objective: To investigate the combined application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cycle therapy and letrozole in patients with infertility due to kidney deficiency and blood stasis.
