随着社会和经济的不断发展,现行的失业保险制度暴露出种种弊端。本文通过中日失业保险制度的对比,反思中国的失业保险制度,提出改革建议以不断完善中国的失业保险制度。
With the continuous development of society and economy, the current unemployment insurance system has exposed various drawbacks. By contrasting the unemployment insurance system between China and Japan, this paper reflects on the unemployment insurance system in China and proposes reform proposals to continuously improve the unemployment insurance system in China.
