国有资产是社会主义公有制的物质基础,是国家的经济命脉。经过几十年的建设和发展,我国国有资产不断增长,至今总额已达4万多亿元。但是,近十多年来国有资产大量流失,据国家国有资产管理局统计测算,1982年到1992年,由于各种原因造成国有资产流失损失高达5000多亿元。近两年,国有资产仍以每天1个亿的速度在继续流失。制止国有资产流失已经刻不容缓。
State-owned assets are the material basis of socialist public ownership and the economic lifeline of the country. After several decades of construction and development, the total assets of our country have continuously increased, reaching a total of over 4 trillion yuan so far. However, a large number of state-owned assets have been drained over the past decade or so. According to the statistics made by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, losses of state-owned assets have reached as high as more than 500 billion yuan from 1982 to 1992 due to various reasons. In the past two years, state-owned assets continue to be lost at a rate of 1 billion a day. Stop the loss of state-owned assets has been urgent.
