在以非离子型三嵌段共聚物F127为模板剂,壳聚糖为添加剂的酸性体系中,合成了球形、单晶SBA-16。研究了温度、搅拌方式(振荡、搅拌)和加入不同剂量的壳聚糖对其形貌的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜对样品进行表征。结果表明:合成温度为45℃、振荡条件下,随着壳聚糖剂量的增加,有利于合成出具有单晶形貌的SBA-16。
In the acidic system with nonionic triblock copolymer F127 as template and chitosan as additive, spherical and single crystal SBA-16 was synthesized. The effects of temperature, stirring mode (shaking, stirring) and adding different dosages of chitosan on the morphology were studied. Samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that SBA-16 with single crystal morphology was favored when the synthesis temperature was 45 ℃ and the dosage of chitosan was increased under oscillating conditions.
