以过硫酸钾为引发剂、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用微波聚合的方法合成了棕榈纤维接枝丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(PF-g-AA/AM/AMPS)高吸水性树脂,对合成条件及性能进行了一系列探究,着重阐述了棕榈纤维在树脂中的作用。最优条件下合成产物的吸水率为1024.32g/g,吸盐水率为106.83g/g,吸水速率达23s,且耐盐性与保水性能良好。
Using potassium persulfate as initiator and N, N-methylenebisacrylamide as crosslinking agent, the graft copolymerization of acrylic acid / acrylamide / 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane Sulfonic acid (PF-g-AA / AM / AMPS) superabsorbent resin, a series of studies on the synthesis conditions and properties were conducted, and the role of palm fiber in the resin was emphasized. Under optimum conditions, the water absorption of the synthesized product was 1024.32g / g, the salt water absorption rate was 106.83g / g, the water absorption rate was 23s, and the salt tolerance and water holding capacity were good.
