OGFC沥青混合料是一种典型的骨架孔隙结构,规范推荐空隙率为18%~25%。大孔隙保证了混合料排水、抗滑、降噪等功能性效果的实现,但是混合料的力学性能却因孔隙的逐渐增大而降低。该研究对空隙率为18%、21%、24%的3组OGFC-13沥青混合料进行了高温、水稳定性等力学性能评价以及透水能力的功能性评价,建立了空隙率与混合料的力学性能和透水功能性的变化规律,并推荐了兼顾力学性能和透水功能的最优空隙率。
OGFC asphalt mixture is a typical framework of pore structure, the specification recommended porosity of 18% to 25%. Macropores ensure the drainage of the mixture, anti-skidding, noise reduction and other functional effects, but the mechanical properties of the mixture due to the gradual increase in pore size and reduce. In this study, three groups of OGFC-13 asphalt mixture with porosity of 18%, 21% and 24% were evaluated for their mechanical properties such as high temperature and water stability, as well as the functional evaluation of water permeability. Mechanical properties and permeability of the law of change, and recommended both mechanical properties and permeability of the best porosity.
