综合各项试验示范结果:证明使用经稀释1000—2000倍黄腐酸钠增效剂与1200倍退菌特配伍(含量40—50%),在苹果生长中、后期即7月上旬至8月上旬喷洒1~2次,对防治为害严重的轮纹病和斑点落叶病有明显的增效作用。可较单施700—800倍退菌特提高50—80%,病果率生长期可控制在5%以下,采后一个月病果率可压低在10%以下。化学农药的使用,在防治农林病虫害和夺取丰收方面使人类获得重大经济效益,但随着农药的广泛使用,人畜中毒和农药残毒使土壤水质污染问题也日益突出,直接或间接为害人类健康及生态平衡,为了减少这种为害,就使农药缓释增效的物质研究也应运而生。黄腐酸(FA)或其钠盐与多种农药混合使用后还能提高作物的产量和品质而倍受欢迎。果品是直接入口的食物,FA在果树上的应用意义更大,而这方面的试验研究尚未见报导。对为害严重防治难度较大的苹果轮纹病和斑点落叶病,如能用FA提高农药防效对拓宽FA对农药增效的应用范围和提高防治效果都有重要意义。为此,我们在1986—1989年间采用室内和异地间试验相结合,试验和示范推广相结合,进行了用FA或其钠盐增效农药防治果树病害的试验和示范,确定了较佳的应用技术,取得了较为满意的效果。
