一、哈士蟆油哈士蟆油是中国林蛙(Rana temporariachensinensis)雌蛙输卵管干制品。 1.输卵管原器管的形态输卵管是一对长而弯曲的管子,位于体腔正中线的两侧,全长约360—400毫米。前端伸展到肺的基部呈喇叭口状,末端止于子宫。除喇叭口之外,全管均布满了腺体。哈士蟆在春季产完卵后,输卵管变得很细。到7月份以后,由于大量营养储存,腺体逐渐膨大,输卵管也就随之拉长加粗,呈重叠曲折状。这膨大加粗的输卵管就是哈士蟆油。 2.哈士蟆油的性状 (1)中国林蛙剥制的哈士蟆油商品呈不规则的块状,长宽约1.5厘米,质坚而脆。黄色或黄白色,有腊样的光泽;手捏有滑腻油润
