本文讨论继续教育工作者的继续教育问题 ,指出了继续教育队伍总体水平和综合素质的提高 ,是新世纪继续教育持续发展的必然要求 ;自我教育和自我培养意识的不断加强 ,是提高继续教育工作者业务水平和综合素质的内在动力 ;科学合理的业务指标要求和人才培养机制的建立 ,是建设高素质高水平的继续教育队伍的有力保证。在此基础上提出了加强继续教育队伍建设的建议。
