教育工作者,尤其是体育教育工作,要从思想上端正对体育教学及业余训练的认识,摆正文化教育与体育教育及训练的位置.站在“健康体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的前提,是中华民族旺盛生命力的体现”的高度,去对待体育教学与体育训练,必须树立“健康第一、全面发展”的指导思想.近几年来随着我国体育运动的迅猛发展,学校体育越来越显得非常重要,特别是学校体育特长生的培养工作就更为重要,但要搞好特长生的教育、训练工作还是很不容易的.
