粮食的「定产、定购、定销」工作,已经在地书会议上进行了讨论布置,並已将任务分配到各地,现各地、市委正在研究布置。这一工作是安定农民生产情绪的重要措施。自人民日报「三定」社论发布后,农民知道了粮食的「定产、定购、定销」措施後,都非常高兴,极表擁護,这充分说明中央这一决定是十分正确及时的。省委要求各地要以最快的速度把「三定」的精神及辦法贯彻到广大群众中去。特就其中几个主要问题指示如下: 一、关于定产问题:以乡为单位正确确定粮食产量(产量应包括一般主杂粮),是合理分配粮食购销数字的重要根据,产量定得过高与过低,都会影响微购任务与统销指标的合理分配,因此,各地必须审慎进行。为了力求产量定得比较恰当,避免形成地区之间过高过低的偏向,根据我省两年来的 The work of “production, ordering and sales of foodstuffs” has been discussed and arranged in book-to-book conferences and the tasks have been distributed all over the country.
