高校团干的素质现状与党和国家对高校共青团工作的要求仍有一定距离,这呼唤高校团干意识的培养。与团干共性相融,又向高校团干个性倾斜的高校团干意识的重要组成应包括:强烈的责任意识;自觉的学习意识;主动的服务意识;积极的创新意识;务实的实践意识。应着眼于高校团干自身的努力;把好高校团干队伍的入口;做好高校团干队伍的培训;严把高校团干队伍的考核;给予工作上的信任、政治上的关心、生活上的照顾;以从内部和外部共同推动高校团干意识的培养与内化。
