研究了9 个苎麻杂交组合及亲本纤维支数的分离变异,分析了叶柄色,雌蕾色等主要形态特征变异与纤维支数的关系。结果表明:苎麻杂交组合纤维支数的变异幅度、分布频率一般要比亲本无性系宽广,变异系数要比亲本大,组合变异系数为14.99% ~18.71% ,而双亲无性系的变异系数为11.27% ~15.87% ,前者平均比后者大3 个百分点,但也有一些组合变异系数与亲本无性系相当或接近。组合群体中叶柄色、雌蕾色等变异类型与主类型的纤维支数几乎无差异,它们之间无明显的连锁关系。因此,所选组合只要平均纤维支数及其变异系数与对照相近,产量优势又十分突出的话,生产上完全可以应用。
The variation of fiber number in 9 ramie crosses and their parental lines was studied. The relationship between variation of major morphological traits such as petiole color and female bud color and fiber count was analyzed. The results showed that the variation amplitude and frequency of fiber counts in ramie hybrid combinations were generally wider than that of the parental clones, the coefficient of variation was larger than the parents, the coefficient of variation was 14.99% ~ 18.71%, while the coefficient of variation of the parents was 11.27% ~ 15.87%, the former is 3% larger than the latter, but there are also some combinations of coefficient of variation with the parental clones comparable or close. There was almost no difference in the number of fiber types such as leaf stalk color, female bud color and the main type in the composite population, and there was no obvious linkage between them. Therefore, as long as the average fiber count and its coefficient of variation are close to the control and the yield advantage is very prominent for the selected combination, the production is completely applicable.
