中国石化与中国石油两大集团经重组后,实现了产销一体化经营,建立了比较完善的成品油分销渠道和星罗棋布的零售网点。但其间还存在着分销渠道的冲突问题,直接影响着企业的整体效益。因此,如何选择合理的分销渠道,将产品有效地提供给最终顾客,加速资金周转,降低流通费用,提高经济效益,成为当前成品油销售企业必须应对的重要问题。
After the reorganization of the two major groups, namely Sinopec Corp. and PetroChina, the integrated production and sales operation has been realized and a well-established refined oil distribution channel and retail outlets dotted-line have been established. But in the meantime there still exist conflicts of distribution channels, which directly affect the overall efficiency of enterprises. Therefore, how to choose a reasonable distribution channel, to effectively deliver the products to the final customers, to speed up the turnover of funds, to reduce the circulation costs and to increase the economic benefits has become an important issue that must be dealt with by oil product sales companies.
