基于提高调速质量和节能的目的,对矿井提升机电控系统进行了改造。阐述了传统的提升机转子串电阻调速方案存在的问题,继而采用PLC和变频控制相结合的控制方案对原有电控系统进行改造,设计了控制电路,并对参数进行了设置,系统实现了调速平滑、智能显示和检修方便等性能。经工程应用证明,采用变频改造后的提升机电控系统节能效果十分理想,可为设计或使用部门对矿井提升机的改造提供借鉴。
Based on the purpose of improving speed quality and energy saving, the mine elevator electric control system was modified. The problems existing in the traditional speed regulation scheme of the rotor winder resistor series are expounded. Then the control scheme combining PLC and variable frequency control is used to transform the original electronic control system. The control circuit is designed and the parameters are set.
