眼内转移性甲状腺乳头状腺癌少见,现报告1例。 患者,潘某,女,33岁,于1992年元月发现颈部气管旁有一鸽蛋大小肿块,同年7月在市医院行手术治疗,病理诊断:甲状腺乳头状腺癌伴双侧颈淋巴结,锁骨上淋巴结转移。术后切口一期愈合,出院3个月后觉左眼发胀,视物模糊,1月余后失明,同时有左侧头痛及呕吐,11月来我院就诊。眼 Intraocular metastatic thyroid papillary adenocarcinoma rare, is reported in 1 case.
