合成了一种具有邻位酚羟基结构的新型芳香族鞣剂SCP,并研究了其鞣制性能。红外光谱分析表明,SCP中含有酚羟基结构。鞣革实验结果表明:当只用SCP鞣制时,山羊皮的收缩温度为73.9℃,表现出一定的鞣性;当SCP与硫酸铝(SCP-Al)结合鞣时,山羊皮的收缩温度可达到97.5℃,且具有良好的耐水洗能力。采用SCP-Al结合鞣,成革中甲醛含量为108.6 mg/kg,符合非直接接触皮肤产品的要求;而成革力学性能满足服装革要求。
A novel aromatic tanning agent SCP with ortho-phenolic hydroxyl groups was synthesized and its tanning properties were studied. Infrared spectral analysis showed that the phenolic hydroxyl group structure is contained in the SCP. The results of the tanning experiments showed that when the SCP was only tanned, the goatskin had a shrinkage temperature of 73.9 ℃, which showed some tanning properties. When the SCP was combined with the aluminum sulfate (SCP-Al), the goatskin’s shrinkage temperature could reach 97.5 ℃, and has good resistance to washing ability. Using tanning with SCP-Al, the content of formaldehyde in the leather was 108.6 mg / kg, meeting the requirements of non-direct skin contact products; and the mechanical properties of leather met the requirements of garment leather.
