全纳教育作为一种全新的教育思潮正冲击着我国的学前教育,学前全纳教育呼唤全纳性幼儿园教师。随机抽取重庆市37所幼儿园235名教师作为被试,采用自编问卷调查幼儿园教师的全纳教育素养,结果表明:重庆市幼儿园教师全纳教育整体素养较差:不同年龄教师全纳教育素养无显著差异;学历是影响教师全纳教育素养的重要因素,本科学历教师的全纳教育素养最高;不同类型的幼儿园、公办与民办幼儿园以及主城区与县镇幼儿园教师的全纳教育素养均呈极显著差异。
Inclusive Education as a New Educational Trend is Impingement on Preschool Education in China. Preschool Inclusive Education Calls for Inclusive Kindergarten Teachers. A total of 235 teachers from 37 kindergartens in Chongqing Municipality were randomly selected as subjects. The questionnaires were used to investigate the inclusive education quality of kindergarten teachers. The results showed that the overall quality of education for kindergarten teachers in Chongqing was poor: the education quality of teachers of different ages Significant differences; education is an important factor that affects teachers ’inclusive education quality, undergraduate education teachers have the highest level of inclusive education; different types of kindergartens, public and private kindergartens, as well as the main urban district and town kindergarten teachers’ Significant differences.
