四川少数民族地区幅员辽阔,资源丰富,在全省经济发展中具有重要的战略地位。制定正确的经济发展战略,对于开发、利用其丰富资源,发挥优势,促进经济的发展,进而推动全省经济振兴,并且缩小以至最后消除少数民族与汉族间在经济、文化等方面的差距,具有重大的意义。因此,少数民族地区经济发展战略的制定,应持慎重的态度。目前在一些方面尚待探讨。这里,以四川省少数民族地区为例,就其中两个方面的问题,谈谈笔者的一孔之见。
