中小学校园性别文化,是指在中小学校园中以教师为主导、以学生为主体的关于性别的文化观念及其相关规范。当前我国中小学校园性别文化存在着校园文化建设去性别化、校园文化活动隐性歧视化、教师性别文化男尊女卑世俗化、学生性别文化女强男弱逆转化、人际交往男女有别差异化等现象。纠结的中小学校园性别文化不仅给教师职业发展带来性别差异,更给学生性别成长造成深刻而无形的影响。关注中小学校园性别文化,创建性别和谐校园,应为新时代教育工作者不可推卸的责任。
Primary and secondary school campus gender culture, refers to the primary and secondary school teachers in the school-based, student-centered on the concept of gender culture and its related norms. At present, the gender culture of primary and secondary schools in our country is characterized by the following factors: the construction of campus culture is gender-oriented, the recessive discrimination of campus cultural activities, the secularization of male and female teachers in gender culture, the weak reversibility of male and female students’ gender culture, and the differentiation of men and women in interpersonal communication . The tangled primary and secondary school sex culture not only brings gender differences to the career development of teachers, but also has a profound and intangible impact on the gender growth of students. Concerned about the primary and secondary school campus gender culture, creating a harmonious campus of sex, should be a new era of educators unshirkable responsibility.
