近期,高铁事故频发,其中又以“7.23动车追尾事故”产生的影响最为严重,致使社会各界对于高铁“要速度,不要质量”的质疑声不绝于耳。本次特大事故说明我国高铁目前在安全管理,运行经验等环节均存在严重不足。因此,铁道部未来一段时期内将会把铁路运行的安全检查和整顿工作作为首要任务,对目前正在运营的动车及高速动车进行彻底的问题排查。受此影响,高铁建设进程或将有所放缓,至少很难出现超预期的建设进程。 Recently, the frequent occurrence of high-speed rail accidents has caused the most serious impact on the rear-end accident of the “7.23 motor car”, causing voices of voices of doubt in the community about the “speed and not quality” of high-speed railways.
