中小企业在我国的社会主义市场经济发展中发挥了重要作用,但是中小企业的发展面临着很多困难,最主要的难题就是融资困难。要保障中小企业持续、快速、健康发展需要有效解决融资问题。本文分析了什么是中小企业,中小企业的特征,阐述了我国中小企业融资存在的问题,并就中小企业融资法律制度的完善提出建议。
Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of socialist market economy in our country. However, the development of SMEs faces many difficulties. The most important problem is the financing difficulties. To ensure the sustained, rapid and healthy development of SMEs needs to effectively solve the financing problem. This article analyzes what is the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, expounds the problems existing in the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, and puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the legal system of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises.
