医院的收费窗口集来院就诊患者的挂号、门诊交费和出院交费结算于一体,是就诊患者对医院的第一印象,也是患者情绪的宣泄地,在医疗服务中,其服务质量的高低对医院的声誉有着重大的影响。本文从门诊收费处目前出现的各种问题出发,深入探讨强化收费人员素质,切实执行各项规章制度,才能使门诊收费处的工作发生质的变化,患者的满意度才能不断得到提升。
